Frequently Asked Questions

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund. We will issue a refund for the purchase price of the item plus any applicable taxes to your original form of payment for items returned within 15 days after the delivery date. 

All returned items must be in their original condition; shrink-wrapped products must be unopened. Shipping fees are not refunded.  The packing slip in your shipment has specific instructions for returns.  If your packing slip is unavailable, please print out the Shipping Confirmation email you received after the item(s) shipped. Include that printout in the box, and write your Order Number on the outside of the box.

Please Note: Your packing slip is not a prepaid label. You will be required to pay for return shipping. Shipping charges are non-refundable.   

This policy applies to the following item types:  Books | Toys | Games | Clothes      You can also bring the item and your packing slip or Shipping Confirmation e-mail to our retail store.  If your packing slip or Shipping Confirmation e-mail are unavailable, the original form of payment must be presented.   Please Note: If you used PayPal to complete your order, the store will provide a Yellow Door Bookstore Gift Card or in-store credit.   

To return an item within 15 days of purchase simply bring the item and your cash register receipt to retail  store for a refund to your original form of payment.

A store credit or Yellow Door Bookstore gift card will be issued for the purchase price of the item when a gift receipt is presented within 15  days of purchase.

If you are returning a gifted item that was purchased through our website, the packing slip in your shipment has specific instructions for returns. We provide a pre-printed return label with our Returns Department Address.
